The WPC Youth are collecting items to put into ‘Kindness Kits’ for the Congregation to put in their cars and hand out to those in need and hoping to make a difference by providing some necessary items to those who are less fortunate. We will have the list of items at the Coffee Counter on Sunday, so please feel free to pick one up! The hygiene products must be travel-sized to fit in the kits. We will be assembling them on Rally Sunday which is September 14th!
If you wish to being bringing items in, there will be a table to the left of the Sanctuary doors this Sunday and up to Rally Sunday. The items are: hand-warmers, small bottles of water, band-aids, individually wrapped wipes, wash cloths, toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, comb or small brush, personal hygiene feminine products, socks, instant oatmeal packs, granola bars, tuna/cracker packs, beef jerky sticks, individually packaged snack items such as chips, crackers, popcorn, cookies, goldfish, and $5-10 Price Chopper or Walmart Gift Cards.
