Our goal is to make prayer the center point of our lives and for each of us to grow in the spiritual discipline of prayer. Prayer is the foundation of all ministries of the church and of our personal Christian living. We strive to be a church where we truly ‘pray without ceasing’. When we pray, we invite God’s graceful power into our lives, the church, and the world. We understand the power of prayer. In that spirit, we invite you to pause to pray every day at 4:01 the following prayer:

Thank You, God, for this day and for Your presence in my life.

It is our hope that this prayer time will draw us closer together as we share in a daily prayer covenant.  Why pray at 4:01? 401 is an important number to Westminster Presbyterian Church. It is our address—401 W.13th Street. It identifies where we gather for worship and renew our faith in our God. It is where our cornerstone is set firm in the ground, just as prayer is the cornerstone of our ministry.
